What work does this system address?

Automated grinding of ceiling seams, mortar overflows and surface defects for working heights up to 3.2 metres.

Use the supplied figures as reference specifications, not guaranteed output on your project. Actual suitability depends on the job and environment. The application should be assessed before a commitment.

Prepare for a suitability discussion.

Bring the site dimensions, access constraints, surface or work area, repeated task and intended output. Share drawings or photographs where available. These help define the assessment; they do not establish that the system is approved for your site.

Agree what a useful evaluation should show: the task completed, quality of the result, interaction with the existing workflow and what the team needs to operate the system. Do not treat a manufacturer performance figure as a site-specific business case.

Buyer questions

Start with the task.

Can this be used on an active site?

Suitability, access, work-zone arrangements and interaction with other activity need assessment. This page is not a safety approval for an active site.

Can I request a pilot before committing?

Discuss the task and a pilot scope. Availability, terms and the evaluation plan must be confirmed for the selected system.

Is purchase or rental available now?

The commercial model, lead time and availability are confirmed during scoping. This website does not guarantee live stock or bookings.

Does FRWRD manufacture the robots, or source and deploy them?

FRWRD does not manufacture robots. We work with specialist manufacturers and GCC customers, handling supply, deployment, engineering integration, commissioning, training and maintenance. The scope is agreed for the selected system and project.

What does adapting a robot to my site involve?

It starts with the task, the work area, access and the existing workflow. What needs to change in the configuration or the way the team works depends on the system and the site, and is agreed as part of the pilot scope rather than assumed up front.

What training and support follow deployment?

FRWRD handles engineering integration, commissioning, training and maintenance as part of its delivery model. The exact scope, operation and onsite responsibilities are agreed for each project; there is no standard staffing package assumed.

  1. We read your taskTell us what you want to automate, where and why. A few lines is enough to start.
  2. We tell you if it fitsWe say whether a system looks suitable and what would need assessing on your site.
  3. We agree a next stepUsually a scoped pilot or evaluation, with terms confirmed for the specific robot and project.
